Welcome to the ACM Fremont Professional Chapter
Part of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Founded in 1947, ACM is the world’s oldest and largest educational and scientific computing society, bringing together over 100,000 members in more than 100 countries to advance the art, science, and practice of computing. ACM is known for its premier conferences, influential research publications, and a global network of professional chapters that drive innovation and share knowledge across every area of computing.
The Fremont ACM Chapter serves as a local hub for this global mission. We create opportunities for professionals, students, and technology enthusiasts in the Fremont area to connect, learn, and collaborate. Our chapter organizes hands-on hackathons, expert-led technology talks, and interactive workshops that explore cutting-edge topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud computing. We also provide mentorship and networking programs that link members with industry leaders and academic researchers, helping participants grow their careers and launch new ideas. By combining global ACM resources with strong local engagement, we ensure that the Fremont community remains at the forefront of computing innovation.
